Mom is still mobile at almost 90 but has short-term memory loss (dementia). Multi-step tasks like making a shopping list and calling me with what she needs me to order for her were becoming too complicated. She was also having trouble remembering if she had fed her kitty or scooped the litter box. She needed some extra individual assistance with these tasks as well as some apartment cleaning, trash/recycling disposal, and laundry to supplement those services provided by the facility. I needed someone on site whom I could speak with/text with to make sure Mom had what she needed.
